BBC Bitesize

Ah, where to start with Bitsize. One of my all time favourite clients, their videos are always a treat from start to finish. Its very easy to really care about these kind of projects, especially when you know your work is helping teachers shape minds and kindle passions.

There are videos from two Bitesize projects in this section. BBC History videos are for 14-18 years olds (an upsettingly desperate age range to aim videos toward) designed to grab attention with intro animations and then to give overviews of specific events or periods thought history with snappy, efficient mo-graph sections.

BBC Geography was similar, but with the intention to convey core parts of the curriculum as apposed to a more vague overview. The ideas showcased in the videos were intended to allow teachers to build upon during lesions, with the intention of the pupils (around 12yo) to already be primed on the basics of the subject. We also had the absolute pleasure of working with voice talents like Ashley Jensen and David Tennent! What a treat.
